Hi,

the mentioned Languages seem to be included in common UTF-8 charsets.
I can't read the languages, so I don't know if it's right but reading 
the static tables from the extension static_info_tables in phpMyAdmin I 
suppose the result is usable.
So you just have to setup your Webpage in UTF-8.

Don't forget to convert all tables and fields to UTF-8 too!!
