[TYPO3-english] Tip a Friend Plus Email Html

Hi Everybody,

Im trying to enable html mail with the tip a friend plus extension. I 
enabled config.incT3Lib_htmlmail = 1 and also tipafriendplus.htmlMail = 1 
but it doesnt work yet.
