[TYPO3-english] e-mail update tt_news

Hi all,

I am planning to build a website for a job agency. Now I intend to 
insert the jobs into tt_news records, because I am familiar with the 
tt_news extension.

My wish is that people can subscribe for an email alert when a job has 
been added to the board, i.e. when a tt_news record has been added.

So my question: is there an option to subscribe for an email alert when 
a tt_news record is to be added?
I have thought of feedburner with RSS, but it is not a pretty solution.
