[TYPO3-english] extension tscobj not installed as a default?

Hi list,

I use TYPO3 almost two years now and today I found out that there's a 
great extension sitting in TER called tscobj (it lets you place TS 
objects on a page as regular content elements). I wish I would find this 
thing at least a year ago! I have been longing for a possibility to 
place my TS objects where I wanted on the page without juggling other 
content elements in TS. I wonder why this extension is not part of every 
fresh TYPO3 installation?

PS: It is rather rhetorical question, but it could be a real help to new 
admins that learn how to deal with TS...
