Hi René.

You have found one of the last missing features of directmail. :-)
it is due of some historical issues that it does not handle languages 
out of the box.

one solution could be that you try to add the syslanguage to your 
tt_address table.

then to create 3 different newsletters and using special query send the 
newsletter to the recipients according to the syslanguage.
