[TYPO3-english] Any extension to check updated extension ?

But how to do this automatically?

I want to be informed via email if an update of an extension is available.
I have multiple  installations of t3, and it is very bad to go to every  
installation every week to check if update or even security update is  
available.

Any suggestions or already written cron jobs?
