[TYPO3-english] Powermail not sending checkbox results

I have one checkbox in a form -- the other fields are either text fields 
or text areas -- but the checkbox results are not included in either the 
email or the confirmation page. The field has a title and the only 
option is []Yes.

Powermail 1.4.2 and TYPO3 4.1.12
