[TYPO3-english] advanced typoscript wrapping needed

In my opinion the same more or less applied to my previous solution.
However based on Bernd's remarks we wondered if there was a better way.
But I now applied the COA approach as it does make the TS a bit more tidy.
Will post the new TS in my next post.
