[TYPO3-english] realurl exclude segment from path

Hi ,
i've a question about the exclude from path option in the page settings.
If this option is inactive the path is generated like
www.domain.com/page1/page2.html

If the Option is active on page1 the path is generated like
www.domain.com/page2.html
That's very fine (i want it this way), but page2 isn't avaliable and the 
request ends in an error 404. It's the same behaviour with pages, 
shortcuts or folders.

How to make this work?
