I propose to get create a list of all known TYPO3-Forums worldwide.
That list has nothing todo with an official forum-solution but can serve 
as source for updating the list at 
https://typo3.org/documentation/other-resources/
I don't have access to the backend of the official typo3.org-site, so 
others are pleased to use the results of this request but first let's 
see what will be collected.

1) language-specific TYPO3-forums with high acceptation. Please always 
post the correspondending language even it seems clear for you. If 
available post amount of daily / monthly / yearly posts or hits and 
further details. Forums with a TYPO3-Branch only can be posted too.
2) Developer-Forums or pages  - please mention the name of the developer 
and if possible for you also a list of his/her known extensions. You can 
also assign several links to one developer. A short description perhaps 
is helpful.
3) Oher helpful pages. Please add description and keyword 'OTHER' to 
distinguish from 1) and 2)

For german-spoken forums I begin (sorting has no relevance):
