- COA not needed
- no typolink, so url rewriters are not supported
- using data from GPvar directly might cause unwanted effects (possibly
security issues)
- print=1 is TemplaVoila specific
- "Print version" is language specific
- using CSS with media="print" is nicer to the system (no rendering of
"printer friendly" pages, less cache, less hits)
- without extra effort this will cause the content to be indexed twice
with most search engines; both normal and print version may appear in
search results
- page might need more GET/POST data which are not included anymore
