[TYPO3-english] Making access status visible in the Frontend

I think you should be able to do this easily by adding the "Some of the
content on this page is members-only." content to the restricted page, and
giving it the access right 'hide at login'. Then unlogged in visitors to the
site would see the message and logged in visitors wouldn't.
