Please try to reproduce your problem in trunk (aka 4.3 current 
development state). Then, if the problem is still present, please write 
open a bug report and create a patch that you submit to the core mailing 
list (make sure to first read carefully core mailing list posting rules).

This is the only way getting something fixed!
