[TYPO3-english] how to save document in typo3

I'm afraid your message is unclear in what you want to achieve. If there 
is a problem with an extension, please send us the extension's name/key 
and describe the problem. Usually there is always someone out there in 
the community who wants to help - if the problem is clear and solvable :)
