[TYPO3-english] typo3 sites and enterprise applications

Riadh,

personally I would pick java over .net any time.
However are you looking into what is best for yourself or
what't best for the company you work for? From
what I read it's about looking what's best for yourself,
and what's best for yourself is the language and set
of tools you are most comfortable with.

If you are a good software engineer,
it's fairly easy to find a job but do expect yourself
to gain a couple of years more experience.

If you are looking what's best for the company then
look around and see what the company is most comfortable
with bot on server technologies and the people within the company.
Also checkout how much $$ the company has for a solution.
.NET is much more expensive to buy, but might be cheaper in the long
run if the company already has .NET software engineers in house.

Java related technologies are cheap, but there software engineers
might be a bit more expensive

if need to get hired. But java had a good set of rock solid tools not
found in the java world,
like reporting tools, ETL tools etc.

PHP is cheaper above the mentioned two but sometimes you need to make
concessions
with the available tools set and possible solutions.

So look at the situation first, then ask yourself a good set of
questions.
