[TYPO3-english] RealURL how to make the urls like this: www.mysite.com/pagetitle.html

Hi,
I can't handle with this to make all pages URLs like this: 
www.mysite.com/pagetitle.html
So when the user goes for example to www.mysite.com/aboutus.html the 
system have to load the page with title aboutus.
How to tell realurl to make this in 
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXTCONF']['realurl'] array?
