[TYPO3-english] How to allow FE users to maintain a blog?

Hi group,

I have a pretty simple question, which I have not found any obvious 
answers for:

Is it possible (with one or a combination of more extensions) to allow 
FE users in a community such as in the HOI Community to post blog 
entries to a blog with pictures and all? If so, how?

I am trying to set up a blog for a community. I would like to allow all 
users of the community to post to the blog.

I am thinking of a combination of HOI Community, TIMTAB and something 
feedit - is this the right way to go? Or is there something really 
obvious I have not seen?

My main requirements:
* logged in FE users can use this feature
* it is user friendly (simple to learn and use)

...and possibly more unspoken requirements :-)
