[TYPO3-english] Only Default language and no alternate language

Are you sure, that you have language record at the root of your TYPO3 
pagetree (globe icon) and it's id=1?

Also temp.SPRACHE.wrap = <a href="index.php?id=|&L=0">Deutsch</a> isn't 
a good solution. Try to use 'sr_language_menu' extension:
