[TYPO3-english] Not all pages are indexed

A lot of reasons why a page isn't indexed. I assume that crawler is
configured  and running, the page is connected to the rest of the site,
etc.
Furthermore, the page must be cached. So an extension on the page which
calls set_no_cache() should be enough to make the page not indexed.
no_cache=1 in the URL...
