[TYPO3] TYPO3 backend has a problem

All I see when I try and view the backend is this:

TYPO3 Fatal Error: Extension key "sv" was NOT loaded!
(t3lib_extMgm::extPath)

Everything was working ok yesterday! Does anyone know from the message what
may have happened?
