[TYPO3] OpenX jv invocation code not working under typo3 4.2

Problem temporaly resolved, after disabling qcom_htmlcleaner openx code 
works. But we want to use qcom_htmlcleaner, so the question is:

how to configure qcom_htmlcleaner to allow openx code?
