[TYPO3] tx_yafi - Fatal Error

First of all: Awesome extension. You just gotta love it.

So i set up yafi 1.0.6 on my Typo3 4.2.1 - everything works fine. The
cronjob keeps updating the feeds and writes them into the tt_news db.
It's been doing this for 6 weeks now and all out of nothing the
cronjob returns the following since this afternoon:
(/var/www/web/typo3/cli_dispatch.phpsh yafi import -p 93)
Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in
/var/www/web/typo3conf/ext/yafi/importers/class.tx_yafi_ttnews_importer.php
on line 100

Any ideas?
