[TYPO3] page tree for BE users - templavoila vs automaketemplate...

Hi
I have firstly setup my site with templavoila, then I passed to 
automaketemplate. Now I try to setup the BE users, but not matter what I 
do, when I log in with a different then admin user, I can see only the 
page created by the templavoila wizard...

What I miss here? why the page created before are visible and the last 
one, which have exactly the same proprieties do not seems to belong to 
same rootline?
