[TYPO3-english] powermail: max recipients?

Hello people,

I found out how people can enter one or more (comma-separated) email 
adresses in a formfield and then these adresses get used are used as 
recipients. But I didn't find in the manual how to set a maximum for 
this? I want the user to be able to add max 5 emails. Otherwise any 
spammer can abuse my form and put 100.000 emails in.

Does anyone have experience with this?

(Oh yeah, and if you would also how to not show field labels in the mail 
that is sent...)
