[TYPO3-english] .htaccess redirect

making a page:home inside root and then redirecting it to root , didnt make
any sense, so i deleted the page home and all its contents i have put in
root. so atleast this problem is solved.

so now there are two points left :

   1. how to avoid dupliacte contents of "www.abc.com/de/about us" and "
   www.abc.com/de/about us/". only one of both should go.
   2. how to switch to language when i call base url,  www.abc.com to
   www.abc.com/de
