[TYPO3-english] wiki.typo3.org down or just for upgrade??

the wiki site still (start today afternoon) not available, it is 
redirecting to: http://wiki.typo3.org/index_wiki-upgrade.html

index_wiki-upgrade?? is this only because upgrading the wiki???
