[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 Fatal Error: Extension key "rlmp_tmplselector" was NOT loaded! (t3lib_extMgm::extPath)

these kinds of errors are commonly caused by plugin, which requires 
another plugin but that has not mentioned in ext_emconf.php

The only way to solve this is to change directly localconf.php file - 
download to own computer, fix error and upload fixed version.
