HA HA HA ;) maybe I'm little bit 'nervous' but you have to of course 
recognize the JOKE in first part of Dmitry's post ;P

Second part is correct, go to directory with your T3 installation and 
use some disk tools to check subdirectories sizes... also use your 
database tables sizes (via some DB tool ie. phpMyAdmin) I guest that's a 
lot space used for various 'cache' tables... if it's true you can't do 
nothing (or rather you sholdn't do nothing) because cache rises system's 
performance... Only thing in such case is just give more space for TYPO3
