[TYPO3-english] Large RTE not working (from Edit in Rich Text Editor button)

Hello,

For some reason the Large RTE which you can get by clicking the 'Edit in
Rich Text Editor' button in the Page module is not loading. I'm just
getting a 3.5 line high, full width text field with the html code. The
small RTE in the normal edit record function is working normally. The
large one was working normal until recently. Not sure exactly when it
stopped working, might be the Typo3 4.2.2 update.

Typo3 4.2.2
Both Firefox 3 (Linux) & Internet Explorer 7 (Windows XP)

Any idea what could cause this?
