[TYPO3-english] Files in workspaces

Hi,
I'd like my draft editors to be able to publish files. For that I've
created my own draft workspace which will then allow me to grant
permission on files to authors. However, it seems to me that I will
have to grant permission to access certain folders via the workspace
config. However, according to the user config, the user only has access
to part of the file mounts granted in the workspace. By the looks of it,
that configuration gets overridden which leaves me with all members of
the workspace having the same access privileges to files.

In particular in the light of the lack of versioning for files, it
would be highly desirable to ensure that only one draft editor can
access a certain file mount to make sure that clashes are minimised.

Is there a way of configuring a workspace like this? In other words,
can I have one workspace for many draft editors which grants
permissions to different file mounts among its members?
