[TYPO3-english] Using start/stop for Contents in backend

Hi,

is it possible to use the start/stop functionality to limit the 
backendaccess to a content-element or page to a certain time? To expand 
the Access-Module to use datetime as well as usergroups. Like "until 
August 2nd noone but admins may alter this page, but afterwards it is 
allowed"?

Any tips are appreciated.
