[TYPO3-english] HELP! my typo3 site is damaged

Since I could not install the wec correctly all tx_wecconnector* and
tx_wecsermons_* tables are empty.

I could remove the extra text with the banner by removing "71" of
Include_static in the table sys_template.

So I am now back to the point that the web site looks ok, but nobody
(admins/users) can login.
I cannot add an additional admin with the INSTALL tool either, since it
cannot write this entry to the table.

I stuck here.
