[TYPO3-english] HELP! my typo3 site is damaged

Bas,

thanks that helped. I deleted the wec_ modules in the localconf.php and
removed the temp_*.php files
Then the page comes up, but I still cannot login.

I tried to use the INSTALL TOOL and gone to /typo3/install
It says the database is ok and I tried to add a new admin
(admin55//password), but I got the error:
Error: INSERT command denied to user ..... for table be_users


AND:

each page has now a banner attached: "THE WEEKLY HTML-NEWSLETTER"
and below the formated text of the above page again.

How to fix?????
