It is a forwarding loop problem. The incomming mails are internally
forwarded several times: smtpd incomming -> amavis -> mailman -> smtpd
outgoing. I suspect the error somewhere in this forwarding chain.

It is not related to the system load, but maybe to mail sending
throughput (See other email)

Another idea: The VServer has some restrictions on resources such as
inodes/sec etc. I'll check this.
