[TYPO3-english] Feusuerregister: ### in frontend (subpart problem)

I have everything properly working (and ke Smallads as well) except that
I get this in the front end with the CREATE form (and other forms, but 
the forms work fine):

      Forgot your password?

      ###LABEL_CLICK_HERE_TO_REGISTER###

Meaning that it's only a naming subpart problem. Curiously, the password 
link is properly named, but nothing in the CREATE form is, it is all 
###LABEL...###.

I read and reread the manual...
I tried both CSS and old template,
It must be something relative to language issues...

Anyone as an idea?
