[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 records limitations (100,000 fe-users etc)

Hello,
I 'm planning a new TYPO3 project with 100,000 fe-users and about 
2,000,000 new records per year.

Is TYPO3 capable to handle so many records efficiently?
I'm thinking about postgreSQL.Have anyone had any similar experiences?
