[TYPO3-english] thumbnail in fileadmin

Basically you should first install ImageMagick if its not already.  Then
goto Install tool -> Basic Configuration -> see the section "*Check Image
Magick:*" -> you should under this section a tick mark and "*Available
ImageMagick/GraphicsMagick installations:*" and some path. If its linux then
/usr/bin/ can be seen. -> scroll down and check for *"[GFX][im_path]=*"
select proper value here -> click Update localconf.php -> you should see
something like "$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['im_combine_filename'] = 'composite'

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']["im_path"] = '/usr/bin/'
------------------------------
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['im_version_5'] = 'im5'"

After this Install tool -> Image Processing -> search for "*Testmenu*" ->
click e.g. 3. 3: Scaling
images<http://localhost/testsite/typo3/install/index.php?TYPO3_INSTALL%5Btype%5D=images&TYPO3_INSTALL%5Bimages_type%5D=scaling#testmenu>->
you should see images of
