[TYPO3] Localize the contact form warning message

Hey all,

I use TYPO3's default Form element built the contact page for my website. I
need to have English and Chinese for the site. I tried to use regular
expression to check the required fields like this:
Name:* | Name=input | | EREG: no empty : ^[.+]
But this does not work as the pop up window shows the unreadable code for
Chinese. Can any of you give me some hint please?
