[TYPO3] Is there an Appointment Scheduler Extension available in TER?

Hi,

Do you know an extension where a patient can make a reservation for a 
doctor online and get a confirmation by email? The patient must be able 
to cancel, too.

Something like the doctor or dentist does? One patient for one doctor.

Alternatively - If you can't help me with this, maybe someone knows a 
(non TYPO3) Open Source System for this purpose?
