[TYPO3] Unexpected character in input class.tslib_menu.php

Hello List,

suddenly i got this Warning in FE of the one of my Projects (Local Machine):

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in 
D:\www\xxx\typo3\sysext\cms\tslib\class.tslib_menu.php on line 1460

after i checked the class.tslib_menu.php, i found on line 1682 (// Title 
attribute of links:) codding error with character. a mishmash codding 
not readable . i am sure i didn't change any thing on this class. but i 
don't know how this issue is reproduced.
the problem is solved but i am wondering how could this happen.
