[TYPO3-english] hide TSFE_EDIT_FORM

Hallo.

I have a question about front end editing form, which shows in the FE 
when I log in the BE.

This seams to be TSFE_EDIT_FORM.

The problem is that I'm tuning the template and css and this is changing 
the apperance of the page. I have always to log out in order to be sure 
that changes are seen correctly from nont logged users...

Is there a way to switch it off?
I have tried with

admPanel{
    enable.edit = 0
    hide = 1
}

in the TS of the user I'm using to log in...but it doesn't work...

Any idea?
