[TYPO3-english] ml_maps - map showing in IE and maps cannot be moved

I got a few problems with the extension ml_maps.

Basically it works fine but there is two problems:

1. The maps displays fine in Firefox, but they do not show up in IE?

2. When I try to move or copy maps, points and markers I get this error: 
Attempt to insert record on page 'example' (153) where this table, 
tx_mlmaps_maps, is not allowed.

All suggestions on how to solve these problems are most welcome.
