[TYPO3-english] FILE_DENY_PATTERN_DEFAULT

Thanks Marcus but I can't find anything related to that in the
localconf.php.
To do the upgrade i have just changed the src to link to 4.2.3, I havent
touch anything else cause this error seems to be important to solve first.
