[TYPO3-english] Who is caretaker for static_info_tables_fr?

Hi all,

Does anyone know who (if any) takes care of extension 
static_info_tables_fr? It still includes extensions to the static_taxes 
table, which was removed from static_info_tables back in May this year. 
Having static_info_tables_fr makes it impossible to drop the 
static_taxes table altogether.
