[TYPO3-english] replace textarea with RTE

Hello list,

I've got a quick question about replacing a textarea with a RTE in 
existing extensions. Is it possible to do this? In particular the 
rtgdictionairy extension. The descriptionfield is a textarea, but I 
would like it to be a RTE.

Any help will be appreciated.
