[TYPO3-english] vge_tagcloud and SEO optimization

I was also disturbed by this problem. And even wanted to solve it with
help of Francois Suter. But I became ill and got better only few days
ago. But I'll begin solving of it as soon as possible. Hope it'll be
at next week :)
