[TYPO3] naw_securedl extension question

Hi,
I'm trying to make this naw_securedl extension working out.
I setted secureDirs and filetype, I included these directives in 
httpd.conf:

AllowOverride All
<FilesMatch 
"\.([Pp][Dd][Ff]|[Jj][Pp][Ee]?[Gg]|[Gg][Ii][Ff]|[Pp][Nn][Gg]|[Dd][Oo][Cc]|[Pp][Dd][Ff]|[Xx][Ll][Ss]|[Rr][Aa][Rr]|[Tt][Gg][Zz]|[Tt][Aa][Rr]|[Gg][Zz])"> 

Order deny,allow
Deny from all
Allow from none
</FilesMatch>
</Directory>

I can't directly link the protected files but I can't download them when 
I'm logged in the web site too.
My url doesn't change in anything like 
www.mydomain.it/index.php?id=mypage&secure.php

Please help me.
What did I miss to set up?
