[TYPO3] Index pages on creation or modification

Hi,

does anyone know if it's possible to make indexed_search reindex a page when
the page or its content is modified?

I already tried to set up a index configuration for indexing database
records of type "page" and to use the option "index records immediatly when
saved" but I didn't really figure out which get parameters to use.

Maybe there is an extension that does what I want?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
