[TYPO3] How to keep comment with SourceOptimization?

 I did this (maybe I changed code too, don't remember):

# remove comments (>=2 kills all of the lightbox!, >=1 kills all of 
USER_INT)
source_optimization.remove_comments = 0

 I think this feature is not very well implemented, or maybe just at the 
wrong position in the processing-chain.
 The search-marker, the USER_INT-marker and a good bunch of other 
markers are made with HTML-comments, which just get stripped away.
