[TYPO3] Uploading Images in sitemgr

Hello all

I can't find in google how I should deal with the following:

fckeditor is telling me:
"This file uploader is disabled. Please check the 
"editor/filemanager/connectors/php/config.php" file

I can't find a place in this file where I can enable uploads. Even more 
I dont' think that should be done in there because it will be reset with 
the next update anyway.

Any hint available?
